Conditions of participation, information from the Czech Modellers' Association:

In accordance, in particular, with the Decision of the Civil Aviation Authority authorizing the Czech Modelers Association to operate, Act No. 49/1997 Coll. on Civil Aviation, and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/947, the operation of model aircraft during the event (competition, show, etc.) is governed by specific rules. To participate in the event, every foreign participant (a person without permanent residence in the Czech Republic who is a member of a similar modeling organization in the state of their residence) must fulfill the following points before starting operations:

Every foreign pilot must complete the Initial Safety Course (available https://svazmodelaru.cz/klem/skoleni-modelaru/ ). Successful completion is a requirement.

All event participants will be briefed by a person representing the event organizer regarding specific local conditions, safety zones, and the rules of the given site.

Every foreign pilot is required to present valid proof of liability insurance for damages caused by the operation of an unmanned system, valid for the territory of the Czech Republic.

The operational authorization is valid exclusively for the venue of the event and only during its official duration.
